Introduction
This policy explains how tadijamiletic.com (the “Site”), owned by Tadija Miletić, collects and uses personal data. By using the Site you accept the practices described here.
What data we collect
Data you send us through the contact, lecture-enquiry and press-accreditation forms (name, email address, organisation and the content of your message), and — only if you accept analytics cookies — anonymised usage data collected by Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, device type, approximate location at country or city level).
How we use your data
To reply to your enquiries, to organise lectures and press accreditation, and to understand how the Site is used so that we can improve it. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Cookies
The Site uses analytics cookies only after you give consent in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the Site data in your browser; the banner will then appear again.
Third parties
Form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co); analytics are processed by Google Ireland Ltd. These providers process data on our behalf and in line with their own privacy policies.
Retention
Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for correspondence records; analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and, where applicable, the GDPR.
