About the project
A spectacle that opened the third season of the “Musical Vaults of Belgrade” cycle, in cooperation with the Belgrade City Museum, marking the centenary of the October Revolution. Tadija Miletić’s concept evoked the tense atmosphere that led to regicide in Russia and asked what revolution means today. The music included Sibelius’s pieces for violin and piano (Op. 85) and fragments inspired by Medtner and Shostakovich.
